1. Purpose

These Subscription Terms govern access to and use of the paid plans available in Parkeur (or Neostudy), operated by Les Ignobles.

2. Free Trial

Parkeur / Neostudy may offer a 3‑day free trial. At the end of the trial, the selected subscription (monthly or yearly) will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the trial.

Only one free trial is permitted per user according to the rules of the App Store, Google Play, and Stripe.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Plans

  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription

3.2 Auto‑renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

3.3 Payment methods

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • Stripe (purchases through our website)

3.4 Pricing & promotions

Les Ignobles may adjust prices or offer promotions. Price changes apply only to future billing cycles.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation must be done through the platform where the subscription was purchased:

  • App Store: Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Google Play: Account > Payments & Subscriptions
  • Stripe: via the customer portal or by emailing support@lesignobles.com

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

5. Refunds

5.1 App Store or Google Play purchases

Refund requests must be submitted directly:

  • Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google: through Google Play support

Les Ignobles cannot cancel or refund purchases made via third‑party platforms.

5.2 Stripe purchases

Requests must be sent to support@lesignobles.com.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Les Ignobles. Refunds are not guaranteed.

5.3 No pro‑rated refunds

Used subscription periods are not refunded on a pro‑rated basis.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14‑day withdrawal right, unless:

  • they start the free trial, or
  • they access digital content immediately.

In these cases, the withdrawal right is waived.

7. Service Availability

Temporary interruptions may occur (maintenance, updates). No refunds apply for service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Parkeur / Neostudy is owned by Les Ignobles. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Liability

Parkeur / Neostudy is provided "as is". Les Ignobles is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or damages.

10. Personal Data

Data is processed in compliance with GDPR. A separate Privacy Policy describes our data practices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Jurisdiction belongs to the courts where Les Ignobles is headquartered.
